Mr. Racioppo directs and manages developmental programs supporting automation and advanced manufacturing initiatives for the fabrication of composite components, assemblies and structures. Responsible for managing the design process from conception through to final styling for assigned product categories. Responsible for researching markets in order to identify new trends, material, techniques, etc. Provides recommendations regarding seasonal themes, edits to line, new concepts, etc. Provides insight at during presentation. Provides direction for CAD department.
